Yesterday me and my group mad a cutlery crown,we used a hot glue gun anddddddddd thats it,we bent the knives to have that circle thing. It took a while to stick all the cutlery together but we got it. So today the crown broke anddd uhh we had to fix it again.( its soooo annoying putting it back together again) 

What is BEDMAS???

BEDMAS  is an order of operations you use for solving a maths problem . acronym is in BEDMAS,acronym is a word, meaning each letter in a word or phrase. Like BEDMAS. B is for brackets, E is for exponents, D is for division, M is for multiplication, A is for addition and S is for. For example. 6 x 4 ( 3 + 2 ) 3 / 3 =
So first you do the brackets first, So 3 + 2 = 5
there are no exponents.Then you do Multiplication so 6 x 4 = 24
Then do 3 / 3 = 1
After you times the 24 x 5 so 24 x 5 = 120
Finally you plus the 1 to 120
So that is how you use BEDMAS

 

Lepa Poetry?!? - Thriller (D Stuhlmann)

 WALT: Poetry.  We are learning about the language features that are present in poetry.

Task description: I learn that language features were in poems. Similes,Metaphors,Alliteration, Onomatopoeia and Rhyming words! See in my slide for more information.

So today my friends don't like me how i talk to them. One of my best wasn't going to
be my friend anymore. So that is why the following paragraphs i will explain how to be
a good friend.

A good friend always helps each other out. Meaning helping them if something is wrong.
For example… if you see a person looking sad,staring at the ground on a bench.
You can go to

them and see if he or she is ok.

A good friend is actually caring about your friends. It means showing sympathy and
kindness to them. think about it… when your playing a game of soccer and the
opponent (your friend) gets a score. Don't get angry,show sportsmanship.

So there you have it. two ideas how to be a good friend. Use these two ideas to be a
good friend.

Fact or opinion

A normal tree??

Right next to my haunted house I found a tree, just sitting there on it's lonesome. I wonder if it's the last tree standing around the house. Maybe it’s something special like the tree gives you fame and fortune, or maybe it gives you curses and bad luck. It could be just a normal tree but whatever happened to it. Perhaps There could be someone who knows about it.



As I was walking to it something caught my eye. It was a small shack just on the left of the tree. I was thinking if I went to the shack first or the tree. “I think that I should go to the tree first,” I said. I was walking to the tree then suddenly out of nowhere a lightning bolt hit the tree and made a force field around it. I was shocked! I slowly walked up to it. As I got there the force field pushed me backward. Then I suddenly ran to my car and quickly grabbed my camera to take a picture of the force field. I ran back to the tree and once I get there the tree was gone! There was no tree or force field. I was so confused.” what the heck!” I shouted “ I should check the shack, See if anything is in there. In my head thinking I wouldn't see the tree again. To be continued...

NEDS KINDNESS ADVENTURE

Today we went to the hall and wanted a show named”Ned kindness adventure.It was
kinda cool and ok??? Then a man called ”Cosmo” began to talk about how he get to
kenya.Also how different it will be there. And how smiling can make a big difference.

Different can be good at kenya, like how they celebrate, how they dress up, what food
do they eat, how dirty is the water, what are their made out of.

Sticks in a bundle are… UNBREAKABLE! Let's say like one stick is easy to break off

Did you know that this week on Wednesday, around New Zealand is strike day?

Teachers want to have more time to teach students instead of doing paperwork all day.
Teachers want more time to teach their kids but their to busy doing work for the
government!

Also students need resources for their learning, meaning that kids need help with their
behavior because they can’t control how they act.

Did you know that teachers don’t get paid much? That’s why most people don’t want
to be teachers. Every teacher wants to get a better pay!

Well my friend and I agree that teachers should get paid more, have more time
teaching students and helping unbehaving students to control how they act.

T3 Move ya' body!

When we sat down in the hall and waited for sometime then a hairy girl-looking came on stage and started
to dance. Also he told us to stand up and dance. So we did.

Most of the year seven and eights wasn't very active. So I just raised my hand up and down.I liked all of the
other teams but I liked our team because they did a play and every move Ms Tapuke they did Mr wiseman
tried to nail it. But instead he was silly and rolled over the stage.

Motutapu island :)

On Sunday the tenth of June Me and Monika were going to Motutapu island. We drove to Auckland
city harbor.we waited for some time and brushed our shoes so that doesn't spread diseases to the trees
. Then finally, our ferry arrived! Then we board the ferry,It was shaky and we decided to climb to the top
of the ferry. It was boring at the top because there were only chairs but it was ok...Then a LOUD horn
beeped and I got scared then we set off to motutapu island. Then the boat went faster then we stood

up and it was very windy and it nearly blew us away and I wanted to think my scarf was a flag. We
thought we were going straight to Motutapu island but NOPE! We were going to get some people at
“Devonport”It took ages to dock. I only saw FOUR PEOPLE ON THE DOCK!! And facepalm my
forehead then we set off AGAIN… Then suddenly it went FASTER! It was getting colder and colder,
My legs we're freezing of the wind under me. Also all my body parts we freezing dead motutapu island.

On Thursday that night we drove to school to fiafia and realized that we were early, so we went to by some food,I had a hot dog and a can of sprite. I was full that time until it was raining, I was hopeing that it wasn't  gonna rain. Then i saw my two best friends justice and deavay. So i walked to them then suddenly i saw justice family... Paul (justices dad),Jayne (justices mum) and three brothers and one sister Toran,Roman,Kauri and Bethan.Then mr Burt announced to go to our dressing room so i rushed to the dressing room.When i got dressed then we sat on the field.me and my group was seventh to go up the stage.i was soaked of the rain and cold then Mr burt offed us to go home so i quickly got changed in the dressing room then my family picked up and went home.

2nd post of 2018

The first week of school was amazing. My teacher is Mr wiseman. the first thing our home-class did was word art,we continued the word art after morning tea and lunch.The next day we went to our literacy classes and did persuasive writing and describing the author in our group then it was morning tea.After morning tea we went to our maths classes.My teacher for maths was Mr wiseman.

What we did was Maths problems and decimals. Then the bell rang for home-time.The next week the whole school went to the hall to watch the Duffy assembly. The theme for it was stop bullying people and that what i did for the weeks.
